For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh;

The F.O.G
[3] The law, weakened by our fallen human nature, was powerless to free us. But God did what the law could never do: He sent His own Son in a body like our sin-prone bodies to be a sin offering. In doing so, He pronounced final judgment on sin's power over humanity.
