Don’t you know that to whom you present yourselves as servants to obedience, his servants you are whom you obey; whether of sin to death, or of obedience to righteousness?

[16] Don't you realize that when you offer yourself to someone as an obedient slave, you really are a slave to the one you obey? You're either enslaved to sin, leading to death, or to obedience, leading to right relationship with God.
