or he who exhorts, to his exhorting: he who gives, let him do it with liberality; he who rules, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

[8] If your gift is encouraging others, give encouragement generously. If you're blessed with resources to share, give generously and without ulterior motives. If you're in a leadership position, lead with passionate commitment. If you're gifted in showing mercy, do it with cheerful enthusiasm.
