One of his heads looked like it had been wounded fatally. His fatal wound was healed, and the whole earth marveled at the beast.

[3] One of the beast's heads appeared to have suffered a fatal wound that had healed. This miraculous recovery caused the whole world to marvel and follow the beast, deceived by this counterfeit resurrection.
