They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death.

[11] "They conquered him through the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. They did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death." The saints' victory came not through force but through faith, witness, and sacrificial devotion.
