As they sailed, He fell asleep, and a windstorm came down on the lake, so that the boat was being swamped, and they were in great danger.

While He slept, a violent storm descended on the lake. Waves crashed over the boat's sides, threatening to sink them. Fear gripped the disciples' hearts as death seemed certain.
