The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear its sound, but don’t know where it comes from and where it is going. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

The wind{G4151} bloweth{G4154}{(G5719)} where{G3699} it listeth{G2309}{(G5719)}, and{G2532} thou hearest{G191}{(G5719)} the sound{G5456} thereof{G846}, but{G235} canst{G1492} not{G3756} tell{G1492}{(G5758)} whence{G4159} it cometh{G2064}{(G5736)}, and{G2532} whither{G4226} it goeth{G5217}{(G5719)}: so{G3779} is{G2076}{(G5748)} every one{G3956} that is born{G1080}{(G5772)} of{G1537} the Spirit{G4151}.
KJV with Strongs
The ruach (wind) blows where it wants, and you hear its sound, but you don’t know where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the רוּחַ Ruach.
The F.O.G
Consider the wind - it blows wherever it wishes. You hear its sound, but you can't tell where it comes from or where it's going. This is how it is with everyone born of the Spirit - there's mystery in the process, but the results are undeniable."
The F.O.G Paraphrase
the Spirit where he willeth doth blow, and his voice thou dost hear, but thou hast not known whence he cometh, and whither he goeth; thus is every one who hath been born of the Spirit.’
