(5) who serve as an example shadow of skyward things. Just as Moshe (Moses) was warned when going to complete the sacred tent, because, "SEE," He says, "THAT YOU MAKE EVERYTHING ACCORDING TO THE MODEL SHOWN TO YOU ON THIS MOUNTAIN."

[5] These earthly priests serve in a sanctuary that is merely a copy and shadow of what exists in heaven. This is why Moses received such strict divine warning when he was about to build the tabernacle: "See to it," God said, "that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain."
