When they had been long without food, Paul stood up in the middle of them, and said, “Sirs, you should have listened to me, and not have set sail from Crete, and have gotten this injury and loss.

(21) Being a long time without food, at that time, Paul stood up in their middle saying, "O men, indeed you should've obeyed me, not setting sail from Crete and gained this disastrous damage and loss.

[21] After the men had gone a long time without food, Paul stood up before them: "Men, you should have taken my advice not to sail from Crete; then you would have spared yourselves this damage and loss.
