(3) Paul (Little) wanted this one to go out with him and he took and circumcised him because of the Judeans who were in those places because they all knew his father was a Greek.
The F.O.G
[3] Paul, seeing God's hand on Timothy's life, wanted him to join their missionary team. Understanding the cultural sensitivities they would face, he had Timothy circumcised, knowing his mixed heritage might otherwise become a barrier to reaching Jews with the gospel.
