Everyone who continues to believe that ישוע (Yeshua) is HaMashiach is begotten of the Elohim. And everyone who continues to love (agape) the One who begets, also loves (agape) the one begotten of Him.

[1] Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Messiah has been born into God's family. And everyone who loves the Father naturally loves His children too - it's all part of belonging to the divine family! Everyone who continues to believe that Jesus is the Anointed Messiah is reborn from above by יהוה (Yahweh). And everyone who continues to truly love the One who gives birth also truly loves those who are reborn of Him.
The F.O.G Paraphrase
Every one who is believing that Jesus is the Christ, of God he hath been begotten, and every one who is loving Him who did beget, doth love also him who is begotten of Him:
